Christmas List of the naughty

This may be ideal (see below, far below).

Dear Brooke,
Here is finally the list of things Tom and I agreed on for our Christmas list. Doing this blog-format allows me to show you pictures, which might be helpful. For everyone else, please enjoy my suggestions of a few great things.

First, and least exciting, is this recycling bin from The Container Store. Made in the USA! A gift certificate to the Container Store would also be neat because they have a whole Made in the USA section - my fav! I was a bit more excited about these bins than Tom was, but he agreed they would be handy. So... he might prefer the card... I don't know. He's not here, he's never here.
Well, OK, he was here once, and he really liked these mouse pads. Our mouse pad is from Tom's... dorm? Earlier? It's not pretty! It's not good. We need a new one. And these are nice:

These two are from the same Etsy shop, Buckaroo's Mercantile.

This one is from another Etsy shop, My Favorite Mirror - the "furry friends" section.
Our current mouse pad is square, in case you were wondering. (You weren't.)

Lasty but not leasty these lovely gems are all kinds of good - you can read... but I'll tell you: Handmade in Utah, environmentally friendly this-and-that, reclaimed wood, cool looking, super durable. I love 'em! I have all kinds of ideas for there use so, pretty much, any size or color is good. Well... ok, we like the "orange", "white", darker blue, true red and darker red. We like the TWO TONED: the frames with the wood showing. We really don't know what size to pick. I'd like a larger one for a wedding picture or something sometime, and someday I want to have collected the smaller ones in different colors...
The good thing about this part being undecided is that if you want to go this direction you can just go on to the shop and see what sizes are available in the TWO TONED and the colors we want and the price you want and buy that. Ya see?

(This might be too big... but we really like this orange. It might not be too big.)

Thank you for your patience! Know that I put off finishing my paper that is due tomorrow to write this - if that makes you hate me less. Yes, it's busy around these parts. You would understand that. But mostly I've had this debilitating sleepiness that just went away - just in time for midterms!
I can't wait to see you at Thanksgiving. We still don't know if Tom is coming. I still don't know how I'm getting down there. But I am!
