I'm about a half an hour late with March 11th's picture: a night I'll always remember.
But here it is anyway, the night the last of us "Humphrey girls" stopped being a Humphrey: my sister Suzanne's wedding.
It was a small and simple wedding with a nighttime reception at their small-town veterans' lodge. After all the years of daydreaming about all our weddings they were over in a flash, one right after the other.
And now I have 3 brothers and 5 nieces and nephews (and another one on the way).
I won't forget that night. I can't remember my own wedding day, but I'll always remember this one, and Brooke's and the day Amelia called to tell me she'd eloped.
Life is going by like a shot.
