"A picture of someone you could never imagine your life without."
...one picture? I don't think so.
The person I couldn't imagine my life without, of course:

(In the church parking lot, the handiwork of a little girl Tom loves.)
I can only share a very few of the reasons why I couldn't imagine my life without Tom. Already it's shaping up to be a long post. So here is one good reason:
I could not imagine my life without Tom because he has become a part of all of my relationships. It seems so strange to me that he never met my Grandma Humphrey, because my Grandpa is his Grandpa.
My big sisters are his.
When I called Suzanne and Brooke to tell them Tom and I were dating again they jumped up and down (so I hear). I'm sure they knew as well as we did what that meant - they were getting a brother, and their sister would be happy forever.
Since then our family has grown.
He is an uncle in my family
Our mash-up of lifestyles is a wonder. I am forgetting now where I end and Tom begins and I have loved growing further into maturity as one half of our whole.
