Some art I can get behind

Nice job sister Sue, getting Jordan to make me a thank you card.
You girls sure know how to please an auntie. I love it. It's beautiful.
And I love this little Jordan-writing. These are the years! I tell ya.

I've been doing some art work of my own. This was the most successful drawing of the day, in my opinion. Though my instructor seemed to like it my ink work is not my favorite. Charcoal is so much more malleable and forgiving! So much better for large images, and human depictions.
Though, this did get a little surreal. Where does the nose end and the mustache begin? Why is the hair so thick and short at the same time? It's not completely accurate, but I like that about it.

Though, I might change it. When it comes to Tom's face realism is important. I like his face the way it is.

I hoping for a date with that face tonight. It means continuing to not get any work done. But... who cares? I want a date! Bring that face on home to me, baby.
