That... chair

I really can't remember what this chair used to look like! I bought it specifically to reupholster it so I'm assuming it looked not great but with potential. I don't know if you can see from this picture but it's a modern-style teak number from Denmark.
I bought an old brown tablecloth to re-cover it with but once I had I was unenchanted. Though, Amelia said she liked it (thanks, Amelia).
Even so, I decided to take one of Tom's old, soft, falling-apart shirts - a vintage, Wrangler, short-sleeve, snap-up one I bought him when we were dating... Boy did he look cute in it... If he had worn it one more time it probably would have come apart at every seam, but that old fabric makes for a really soft chair-back. And a really cute one, I think.

When the weather is good again I'm going to do a lot of refinishing of wood, including this chair. But for now the cozy chair sits in the corner of our main room/bedroom just waiting for visitors, or more often, for me to run my hand across the soft, rippling fabric.

One more project "down".
